Welcome to Franklin Middle School!

Welcome to another exciting year at Franklin Middle School!

As I begin my third year as principal, I am incredibly proud of the community we continue to build together. I look forward to strengthening our partnerships with families and ensuring Franklin is a place where every student feels known, supported, challenged, and connected.

At the heart of everything we do is our mission: Ensuring Everyone Learns at High Levels. We believe every student can learn and achieve when provided with high expectations, meaningful opportunities, and the support necessary to succeed. This mission also challenges us as educators to continually learn, collaborate, and improve our practices on behalf of our students.

Our mission is grounded in the Franklin Way: We come to school ready to learn and do our best because we are Respect, Responsible, and Safe. These values guide how we learn, how we treat one another, and how we create a school culture centered on excellence and belonging.

Our dedicated staff is committed to providing high-quality learning experiences while supporting the whole child. We want every Franklin student to grow academically, build confidence, develop meaningful relationships, and discover their strengths and interests. Through rigorous learning opportunities, honors courses, clubs, activities, and extracurricular experiences, we strive to provide multiple pathways for students to engage, grow, and succeed.

Middle school is an important time of discovery and preparation for the future. Our students are most successful when schools, families, and the community work together to support, encourage, and challenge them.

It is a privilege to serve as principal of Franklin Middle School, and I am grateful for the trust our families place in us each day. I am proud of what we have accomplished together and excited about what lies ahead as we remain focused on our mission and continue living the Franklin Way.
